SGIS supports building owners of existing commercial, industrial, institutional, community, and non-landed residential developments in creating sustainable rooftop and vertical greenery installations.

The scheme provides up to 50% co-funding of installation costs, with reimbursement capped at $200 per square metre for rooftop greenery and $500 per square metre for vertical greenery.
