Landscape Sector Transformation Plan (LSTP)
LSTP is a holistic transformation plan that aims to further grow and elevate the landscape sector through digitalisation, mechanisation and professionalisation.
Launched in May 2019, LSTP was developed by NParks in collaboration with the Landscape Industry Association (Singapore), the Singapore Institute of Landscape Architects (SILA), Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and other key industry stakeholders.
LSTP thrusts
The six broad thrusts as follows:
Introducing new technology to raise standards & efficiency
Improving skills and professionalising the workforce
Raising productivity through government support
Developing and tendering of nursery land
Exporting local landscaping services
Promoting best sourcing in contracts

Progressive Wage Model (PWM)
The Progressive Wage Model (Landscape) was developed by the Tripartite Cluster for Landscape Industry (TCL). It was implemented in 2016 and benefits resident landscape employees. For more details, follow the links below:
