Search suitable premises that suit your business model

Companies should search for suitable units (e.g. B1 industrial space) and seek building owner and land owners' consent to carry out OF operations.

Submit your business proposal to eek in-principle, no objection (IPNO) from NParks

Present your business proposal to seek in-principle, no objection (IPNO) from NParks.

Email a 1-2 page proposal detailing your company's ornamental fish activities by clicking on the icon.

Seek approval from URA for the change-of-use.

After obtaining IPNO from NParks, your company to seek URA's approval for the change of use.
