Application Process
Companies may consider moving operations into indoor space, subject to approval from relevant agencies. These could include a combination of farming, import/export and retail/e-commerce activities.

Search suitable premises that suit your business model
Companies should search for suitable units (e.g. B1 industrial space) and seek building owner and land owners' consent to carry out OF operations.

Present your business proposal to seek in-principle, no objection (IPNO) from NParks.
The business proposal should consist of the following: [1] Company background and description, Type of activities on OF species, Total area to be used for OF [2] Track records (if new entrant, experience with rearing/mentorship can be considered) [3] Supporting documents (i.e. ACRA, Building/ Landowners’ consent to carry out OF operations)

After obtaining IPNO from NParks, your company to seek URA's approval for the change of use.

Upon receiving URA's approval, you are required to apply for neccesary licenses for specific ornamental fish activities.
