After Land Tender application
Once your nursery received BCA TOP/CSC approval:
Apply for Control of Plants Act (COPA) - a mandatory license to operate a non-food farm.
When your NASP expires:
Apply for Nursery Accreditation Scheme (NAS) if companies operate with an existing nursery/ farm land.
